In trying to Google whether Bonnie has a foot issue that results in her wearing flats everywhere, I learned that there is actually a WikiFeet Web site for photos of celebrity feet. I... cannot. And I don't have a PROBLEM with her choosing flats; I just don't always like the flats she chooses and/or think she chooses them at the right time. For instance, those purple suckers are dated and clunky for a) Cannes, b) summer, and c) life.
The dress reminds me of a pretty skirt pulled on over a retro bathing suit. With different styling it might've had a chance, but a slim one.

This needs to be recast with stronger makeup and funkier accessories (whatever is on her wrist belongs on an entirely different outfit -- possibly one that is a hospital gown). It also needs a steamer. She looks like she's at a bridal trunk show.

Wait a second, is this the same skirt as in the first slide? WAS that a skirt pulled over a retro bathing suit? (If so, a mannequin somewhere at Anthropologie may own her an anthro-apologie, HAR.) Anyway: The skirt deserves better, on all counts. She's not on a Diet Coke run. She's not out picking up tampons. She's at CANNES.

This outfit I have no real issues with at all, except that the shoes frighten me. For me, a handy shopping mantra is, "If Mickey Rourke would snap this up in a hot second, then I will put it down and walk away."

This is an older picture, but a quick search of our archives indicates we missed it during Fug Madness. She looks like the skipper of the All-England Pub Bathroom Wallpaper Bowling League.

SHOES WHAT: part-sneaker, part-espadrille, part-wedge, part-brogue. All crazy. Kanye needs to buy them immediately.

As a sidebar: WHAT IS LUNA LOVEGOOD DOING TO HERSELF. Whatever it is, I hope it doesn't involve sitting. Anywhere. Ever. Especially on The Underground. Ohhhh, child. I'm about to say something I have never thought, or meant, before in my life: Accio leggings.
