I find Method acting as irritating as the next person, but it has to be hard when your costar (Brian Cox) relentlessly uses it -- and by extension, you, kind of -- as his punching bag in the media. Whether it was pleasant for anyone or not, Strong's work on Succession is astounding, and Cox's dog-with-a-bone stuff is making me want Strong to win an Emmy and give an entire speech dedicated to the Method.
