I can't tell what this says, so I laughed when the DMIK article I found about it also called it 'indecipherable text.' This may be a design flaw, if you take all that time to have someone spread out the train and we're all going, " Say what?" The dress looks cozy, at least, but also heavy and like it would be a massive pain to haul around all night.
