I was extremely concerned for a second that this might be pants. IT IS NOT. However, it is custom, as per usual, and once again I find that there are some nice elements put together in an underwhelming whole that just makes me shrug and move along. The top might sit a bit too low. And the shape of it might've been cuter if they'd just made it a short dress.

I do not gravitate to this, but I think she looks good, if that makes sense. The design doesn't thrill me but it fits the occasion, it fits HER, and the shoes and the arm band give it a little zing. It's kind of, "What if Carrie Bradshaw got up and took the tablecloth WITH her."
