It just looks crazy, like it's slowly eroding. Maybe that's part of the statement the designers are making. Also, this would have been better without the hair hanging down YET AGAIN.

I hope, like Miss J on ANTM before her, that Demi's neck adornments are getting bigger and bigger and by the time the festival is over she'll be wearing an entire second dress JUST on her neck.
