Yes, that skirt is actually made of dangling tassels permanently divorced from their mortarboards. Everything about how this looks on her is tragic.

This is both severe, and a victim of the flashbulbs. It does nothing for me and I feel like nothing she's worn this entire festival has done anything for HER, either. She looks like she's playing a role she wishes she hadn't taken.

This also feels a bit half-heartedly worn. It's nice, but I feel like there's a reason the world moved away from that particular cut of neckline.

This is so pretty, but again, maybe a little low/severe across the bust to be truly transporting?

In other shots you could see that the top seemed in peril of sliding off her. I'm also lukewarm on it. The closing ceremony felt like something people limped through rather than anything else.

Elizabeth here was in The Great Gatsby as Jordan, and she was quite good in it. I am, surprise surprise, not as captivated by the gown as I want to be, I think because the white and pink and black color scheme just isn't that pleasant in this specific iteration -- it looks like someone killed a bunch of bugs on her flowers. The cut is lovely on her, though; I wish the pattern were more transportive, but what can you do? Change clothes and try again tomorrow.
