It was hard to see the details of her cape when the photographers were all in the background, so OH DARN, we must turn to the stairs. This is very regal on her, but something about the hair and makeup doesn't feel as dishy as the dress itself.

I will miss the stairs.

I would have guessed this is Chanel, but no. Usually I think tiny skinny ribbon belts are a little pointless but this one might help? I don't know. It's FINE. It looks a little itchy and cobwebby around the sleeves.
