So clearly the captioner just gave up on what her name is. (I always just think of her as Cheryl Cole because that's how I knew her first.) Her dress is another one that suffers because nobody seems to think the OUTSIDE of these things are as interesting as the underneath. I assume, between the seafoam lace and the trim, that there is a room in Buckingham Palace decorated exactly like this that the Queen Mum loved but that the Queen secretly never liked, but won't change out of respect for her memory.
