This doesn't seem so bad! It features boobs and feathers -- and boobs and feathers are like Cannes' official mascots! I am pretty sure you get KICKED OUT of Cannes if you fail to sport either cleav or fowlery at some point during the festival. BUT THEN....

It's like someone saw the Hint of Thigh Via Tulle provided by Jennifer Lawrence's SAGs Gown -- the [bit that made people think she had somehow ripped it when she went up to accept her award](https://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-2269380/Jennifer-Lawrence-dress-rips-SAG-Awards-2013-Wardrobe-malfunction-accepts-Best-Actress-gong.html?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io), although that was actually the way it was designed -- and thought, "that was weird and confusing. I WANT MORE!"
