This is pretty successful, although I couldn't find any photos of her standing alone. Not that I blame her, as these two make very nice bread for the sandwich. But I do think -- YOU WILL BE STUNNED -- that the lipstick is too daytime.

I would have liked this enormously more if the skirt weren't slit. Because the WAY it's slit makes it look SPLIT. My general rule of thumb is to avoid the visual that I'm busting out of my clothes. (Even if I am a little.)

I actually thought there was a chance this was Chanel, although the silhouette is very much what LV is working right now. If you stuck boots with it, maybe I would have spotted it correctly (it would have looked very Jennifer Connelly). However, I could as easily have seen Kristen Stewart marching around in this as part of her Chanel-sponsored tour.
And like K.Stew's stuff, it's a BIT short -- shorter than it looks in this photo, and I gather the frisky Cannes wind betrayed her a few times. But she's selling this quite spectacularly, in no small part due to those AMAZING SHOES.
