## Parker Posey and Emma Stone

Don't worry -- I didn't see any shots where Emma's Mysteries Were Revealed to French Photographers. She's quick with the reflexes there. Before we discuss her: Doesn't Parker Posey look like Emma's long-suffering and wacky governess from 1972? It makes me laugh. She's practically in costume as Amelia Bedelia.

Which bring me to my next point, which is that I feel like Emma -- although she looks adorable and I LOVE HER SHOES -- looks a little Cocktail Hour in this, and she could have possible dialed it down to Adorable Day Dress. Right?

Parker looks...amazing. This is INSANE and HILARIOUS and actually also kind of awesome and great. I salute her. And Emma, to me, also looks lovely. Simple, streamlined. Pretty. Missing a turban, but what can you do?

The back is lovely, too. Elegant.

I like to think that Emma here is like, "TEACH ME YOUR WISDOM," and Parker is like, "have you heard of a woman named Queen Maxima? Let's start there."

[Cannes Fugs and Fabs: Emma Stone and Parker PoseyI have a lot of thoughts. a) It must have been windy in Cannes this morning. b) Parker Posey looked like she was in disguise at the photo call and it's HILARIOUS to me. And then, at the premiere...you guys, she went Full Turban. I don't know what's going on with her, but she might have become the wacky old lady that I want to be. c) Emma Stone appears to be Woody Allen's new muse, as she's been in two of his movies in a row.![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/bf/b9/bfb99790-924d-4e41-a7e6-5e3c6e04fe57/content/images/static-gofugyourself-com/uploads/2015/05/473408274.jpg)](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/cannes-fugs-and-fabs-emma-stone-and-parker-posey-05-2015/)
