This is very much a Formal Floral Doily, but it's quite pretty on her. I feel like this is what Valentino kept aiming for a few seasons ago. (I assume it's Marchesa; good on them.)

This feels spot-on perfect for a fourteen year old girl at Cannes. It's Oscar de la Renta, and that's as it should be.
