Cannes feels like the spiritual home of The Sheers - well, Cannes, and Golden Globes post-parties -- so this is hardly surprising. But I still wasn't expecting ABDOMINAL EYEBALLS. They must be seen to be believed. But, we also have some truly GLAMOROUS non-sheer stuff in here, like Maggie Gyllenhaal's luncheon outfit, to brighten your outlook. It's the big finish and it's worth it.
