God bless this Noted Kook. That shirt is really kind of hideous. Imagine this with a plain white button-down and it's actually sort of better, right?

I do admire the shoes and appreciate that the photographers knew we would want to. His chewed-off pant legs are a bummer though.

Very reasonable Chanel, and I'm sure wearing it at least once is required, even unofficially.

I can get on board with the sunniness of this, and the sheer size of her lapels. Cannes is notoriously windy, so perhaps she hoped to fly in and out.

HOWEVER, I do not believe these sunglasses are making anyone look hotter.

Same comment, basically, although I feel like the button being under and below her belt gives away that it wasn't really intended to be worn with one.

The men on the ends seem like they forgot being on the Cannes jury is at least 40 percent being fancy. Payal and Leila look great.
