This reminds me of when another blue-eyed blonde, Elle Fanning, went brunette. Although I guess some people have been calling this auburn, but my eyes see more of a warm brown with maybe a WEE reddish undertone? Regardless, it's a fun change, and it works on her complexion (I liked it on Elle, also). She can basically be either, which is nice and versatile for her. Applause, Poehler.

She looks pretty in the dress, too. It's Stella, but you know. A stopped clock is right twice a day, and all that.

From this angle, the gold bar might stumpify her torso a LITTLE -- it's very high -- and I want bracelets for her, but... the photo delights me and so screw it. I'm going to like this.

Mindy almost always now uses her show costumer, Salvador Perez, to custom-make clothes. He has a great sense of her body and the bright hues that look so beautiful on her. I think she looks smashing in this, even if I am suspicious of the shoes.

A better look at Mindy's shoes. And, hi Phyllis! You look lovely. I rather miss her, actually. She was a delight on The Office.

Okay, but here we are... Mindy looks nice in her Roskanda dress, and Phyllis looks like a very cuddly and fun grandmother, but... I HATE how those shoes look on Amy, and also, her hair does look more red to me here so I don't know anymore. It is A Color That Is Not Blonde, is all I know.

The head is great, the pattern is cool but the shoes are TERRIBLE on her feet -- they don't even remotely look like they want to cradle an actual person's toes -- and the length and the little black sash thing make it feel a LITTLE too cutesy and young overall. Like Bella Thorne should be in it.

That red suits Phyllis very well. Amy looks cute, although the dress is a bit shapeless on her. But Mindy steals this one in that awesome McQueen. My only beef with it is the clunky shoes, which are giving me the worst 90s flashbacks.
