This feels VERY Star Wars But Make It Fashion to me, and actually I feel like Cara Delevingne and Daisy Ridley sort of look like cousins now that I think about it. This look is MUCH too much sleeve for Rey -- it would get in her way -- but Cara could play her frivolous cousin on another planet who everyone underestimates because she likes outfits.
