I MEAN HELLO AMAZING. Cardi has worn a lot of Mugler -- [remember the shell dress?!](https://www.gofugyourself.com/photos/best-of-2019/61st-annual-grammy-awards-arrivals-los-angeles-usa-10-feb-2019-89?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) \-- so this makes sense for her, but also she looks amazing in this. It's Sexy Tootsie TO THE EXTREME.

When I saw this photo in thumbnail, I thought Cardi had the sort of cellophane they use to wrap fruit baskets on her head. And I was like, "okay, sure!"

But no! It's this very elaborate headpiece, which is cool AND which seems like it would be complicated to walk around in.
