It's hard to judge a theme, but I will say that her underwear appears to match her shirt? And her stretchy leggings are probably nicely... ventilated... for dancing? Sure. I like both the shirt AND the dubious facial expression on the dude behind her -- please imagine that my face is doing that multiple times a day in the course of doing my job.

I was not kidding -- she is sincerely wearing pasties and a thong, with a sparkly dress over it that evokes Rihanna's famous Adam Selman look from the CFDAs (though she eschewed the pasties). There were a lot of full-frontal shots of this that make the pasties apparent, as well, although the NY Post blurred them anyway. Honestly, my first reaction to this was, I would NOT be barefoot on that city pavement.
