# Carey Mulligan Appears to be Delighted at the London Film Festival

She as a human looks SO delighted to be at this event and her vibe is so charming. I don't know if I've ever seen her so smiley on a red carpet prior to this year. Obviously women do not need to smile BUT also her dimples are very charming. I also dig the very chill hair and makeup with the rest of this look.

HOWEVER! (You knew this was coming.) There is a lot about this dress that is very cool -- the fabric is fascinating (complimentary), and it's just weird in a way that we don't see very often (ALSO complimentary). But does it seem TOO big, rather than just Fashion Oversized? I feel like the sleeves have GOT to be annoying IRL.
