Carol Burnett Party

Katy Perry

This is amazing. Bob Mackie was there, and I hope I find out that this is one of his designs. Doesn't it look like it should be? I call this Elegant Cockamamie and it's perfect for Katy.

Cher

I wish Cher were in something equally Elegant Cockamamie.

Amy Poehler

She broke with her black streak, and I APPROVE. This is kicky.

Maya Rudolph

Her caftan moves brilliantly.

Kristen Wiig

This needs a hoik and way better shoes. It's good to see her again, though.

Bernadette Peters

LILY ST REGIS, IN THE FLESH. We've had this conversation a hundred times, but as a kid obviously I was obsessed with Annie herself, and as an adult I appreciate every moment of "Easy Street" -- tiny and big and in-between, it's just an absolute masterclass. I wish Tim Curry had been able to come.

Aileen Quinn

But Annie did!

Sutton Foster

Well, that fits perfectly.

Allison Janney

As does this. Apparently when Carol Burnett comes out on the town, people don't mess around.

Darren Criss

Approved!

Sofia Vergara

ALSO approved. I like that this is her favorite usual cut, but with a more businesslike fabric.

Rhea Seehorn

Okay, this might be the first womp-womp for me. It's a leeeeetle twee.

Melissa Rauch

Ehhhh.... that might be a wompity-womp too.

Marisa Tomei

That is... well, I'm sure its a necklace, but it's functioning as a shirt made of pearls. I guess Miss Hannigan would have liked it?

Billy Porter

He always throws in a juicy curveball, and here it's the lilac hat. It works.

Lisa Kudrow

Lisa Kudrow has pretty much ALWAYS kept it this simple, I think, so why change now.

Vicki Lawrence

Aw, it's nice to see that one of her Carol Burnett Show compadres is still with us.

Susan Lucci

One cannot honor a legend without a preponderance of other legends, AND LO, here is one.

Kristen Chenoweth

I don't know if the long shot really does this very many favors, but when I zoomed in, it's actually sort of neat.

Jane Lynch

And of course, we have another Miss Hannigan -- Jane played her on Broadway at one point. And I don't think Jane would even be mad if I say that I saw her on the Tonys, and Carol Burnett is still the absolute definitive Miss Hannigan.

Carol Burnett and Julie Andrews

IS THERE A MORE BELOVED DUO.
