I really love this on her, and I love the unpredictability of the orange lip rather than the dark pink.

Can I just let Informative Caption step in here? Ahem: "Actress and singer Demi Lovato at the United Nations Headquarters celebrating International Day of Happiness in conjunction with SMURFS: THE LOST VILLAGE." I wish her outfit were as interesting as that collection of words. The dress is cute enough but it needs livelier accessories. The purse is... I get it, and if they had to have it, fine, but at least give her good earrings and a better shoe.
