Cate's stylist, Elizabeth Stewart, is generally VERY good at gowns that are memorable and unusual without veering into Full Bonkers -- and she's lucky that Cate can wear a lot. (We actually originally called this look for Cardi B, which I would still like to see. Cardi would also look great in it.)
