Cate Blanchett dipped back into her personal archive again for this event -- the AACTAs, a.k.a. the Australian Academy's film and TV awards, like if the Oscars and Emmys merged (you could say the Golden Globes, except these are legitimate) -- by taking [this 2018 Armani from the Venice Film Festival](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/cate-blanchett-double-dipped-from-armani-09-2018/) and turning it into a pantsuit. It's not a dramatic repurposing at all -- it almost feels like Cate always thought it should have been a pantsuit and someone FINALLY took that note.
