# Celine Dion Is Wearing Head-To-Toe Bling

I was going to make this post about whether even Celine Dion's recent earnest reach into hipness -- for which I love her, and I say that as someone who used to eyeroll the hell out of it when she sang "My Heart Will Go On" and banged her chest -- could make leather overalls and a puffy shirt feel like a fresh idea. The answer, I suspect, is no. Magic can only stretch so far.

But then I noticed two things: the ENORMOUS pearly shoes on her feet, which look like coozies with heels (and are apparently Kanye/Givenchy created), and the sunglasses. THE SUNGLASSES.

The paparazzi flashes are catching them so hard that they're basically flashing right back. They're like if Joan Collins made sweet love to a Sunglass Hut.
