I really thought this was pants with a huge train, but everywhere I looked online, it said "skirt." So it's basically... a drawstring athleisure gown. I look at that top and feel like it's been weirdly rolled up, and that is a LOT of ab, but this is J.Lo and she is working the bejeesus out of this crazy orange thing. "HOLA LOVERS," she is saying. "You like Carte Blanchett? How about some J.Lo Sais Quoi?" And if any of us tries to point out that we already came use "Janelle Sais Quoi" for La Monae, J.Lo will simply have her people take away my keyboard while I am midsent

This, I don't love as much. I get that the design feature is the boa-bodice, but the skirt portion seems underbaked and even ignored. She seems to swim in it.
However, that is some seriously magic wrangling right there. For her to toss those up and then get her hands back down so that it looks like she didn't even do it... A+, Winnie.

I am not sure what statement this makes, exactly, other than, "My stylist and I are REALLY TRYING SOME SHIT." The jacket here seems pretty well constructed, but from this angle it's hard to tell what's even happening with the other side, to the point where it seems worrisome.
It is NOT hugely worrisome, thankfully? But neither is it super inspiring. The skirt seems tighter on that side, the sideboob is out to play... I get the idea of the satiny lapel wrapping around and becoming the bow on her shoulder, and it's DEFINITELY different for her, but it's just making me look at it and wonder how it could have been more of a slam-dunk for me. Which isn't the best sign.

It's nice to see her back out and at it; we used to run across her at Fashion Week back in the day, but it's been a while. Sadly, this doesn't seem to fit very well at all, but I have to bless and credit her for going big and carrying off that hat. It's kind of... Sarah Jessica Parker meets Carmen Miranda.
