I wonder if Kristen owns an entire walk-in closet full of white tees -- of various necklines and sleeve situations -- that are cropped and maybe even look faintly stretched-out. It might not be TRUE, but it certanly FEELS like it's her go-to. The beauty look on her face is flawless, though; for me, this is a scrolldown, and it takes all the way to her ankles before I yelp. Those socks and shoes are madly unflattering. If plain heels aren't her jam, and I'm fine with that, she could've worn brogues, almost any other kind of kicky black flat with either color or a metallic accent, or even a combat boot. Even a leather high-top sneaker.

She doesn't often go to events without Reese, does she? It'll be interesting to see how La Witherspoon stage-manages this one -- which is not a dig at her, by the way; I just absolutely think Reese tries to be super careful , with a keenly defined sense of her own image, and that this will extend to her being pretty Mama Bear about how and when and why Ava dips her toes into this town. HOWEVER: This tweed tube top is unfortunate. Also, when she was a little girl she was Reese's clone, but the older she gets... I mean, she has never looked MORE like Ryan to me than in this picture.
