[We JUST saw these on Hilary Duff](https://www.gettyimages.ca/detail/news-photo/hilary-duff-attends-the-how-i-met-your-father-fan-news-photo/1384113838?adppopup=true&ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io), and just three days later, they popped up here on Emma. I wonder if they are going to make the rounds. They... should not. They combine the worst qualities of nylons -- the sagging -- with bootaloons.

This is typically a Chanel dinner, but a lot of people were NOT in Chanel. I don't know who made Emerald's dress, but that purse is a clear Schiaparelli. She looks fine! Very Spring Dance at West Beverly High.

I believe the top only LOOKS like a jacket, and in fact the skirt is attached to it. When you zoom in, the whole thing looks a bit cheap and unflattering.
