I don't totally understand the proportions of the top -- it seems overlong -- but in general this is great. The gold boots should be the star of the show, and they are.

This is funkier than I typically think of with Chanel. It's also very pretty, and it works for her edgier look -- it's got that, but an underlying elegance.

Chanel is clearly sparing no expense these days: To celebrate its new ad campaign for Chanel No. 5 (so... promotional work for your promotional work?), it's making an "immersive" pop-up in New York City that has, ahem, "an ice-skating rink, a chic sleigh, twinkling trees, and an innovative AR experience."
