This dress is by a designer called Christina Perrin, about whom I know very little, and I don't even know if she's still working. It's very... Upscale Sexport. I don't like it -- the slit up the front seems like overkill, for one thing -- but as a headline-grabbing Arrival moment it's definitely doing its job.
