It is true that Floaty Dress Plus Blazer can cause an optical illusion and this certainly does, because my reaction was not just, "is she pregnant?" but "holy shit, Charlize Theron is SUPER PREGNANT!" And she totally is not.

As this was the very next day. (Actually, I like how much she is wearing pattern; I think THIS dress is awesome, and the other would be lovely on a person who desires a lot of extra room in her dress, like a pregnant lady or someone attending a really good BBQ.)

These are my confessions: When I saw the first photo, I legit thought she was pregnant and Heather and I had a long chat about what a dramatic turn of events it would be if she and Sean Penn broke up and then she promptly stormed out and had a baby with, say, the hot dude who is in charge of watering her organic garden (no pun intended UNTIL THE PUN WAS INTENDED).
