This outfit is crazy and I love it on her. It's VERY cool. I feel like Kristen Stewart is going to sit down with her and be like, "How can I break off a piece of what you are serving?"

I wish that actually WAS some kind of wrist-warmer she could slide her arm through, but it's just a bow, alas. I also wish her hair didn't look like she showered too late and didn't have a chance to dry it, but what can you do? Cannes can be windy and I suspect that is the culprit.

She looks grand, but also I fear she might be sweltering.

There's something to the idea that Kristen's rocker edge might play well against Chanel's traditionally more preppy, often matronly gear. It does sometimes, but I don't think it's happening here. Lea looks deeply funky in her demi-poncho topped dress, and Khadja is FABULOUS. The other woman with them, Agnes Varda, is an influential French filmmaker and artist whose work centers on women's issues. She was nominated for a documentary Oscar this past year, becoming the oldest person to earn that honor; she is 89. AND STILL GETTING IT DONE. And in polka dots. Raise a glass.

Lea's like, "I'm tired just LOOKING at Agnes's Wikipedia page."
