Chloe, Chloe, Chloe. A high Fug Madness seeding seems to be in her star chart once more. And not even because of the suit; that has a certain amount of panache. It's weird and it's loud, but it's also fun, and could have worked even despite the jacket being so shapeless on her. Instead, it's getting derailed for me by the hair.

I couldn't totally put my finger on the coif's echoes -- I flirted with it being Chrissie Hynde -- and then it came to me: She's prepping for her star turn as Taylor Momsen in *XOXO*, the story of a teen actress who grew up on camera and grew away from pants. But for that to work, she's going to need a whole lot more kohl liner, and by the looks of things, the makeup she's got is irritating them enough.
