Christopher John Rogers, a 25-year old from Baton Rouge, won the $400,000 CFDA/*Vogue* Fashion Fund prize last night -- and presumably he knew it was coming because several people wore him on the red carpet, *and* he went all-out with his own outfit. I wish I had liked more of it better.
