# Ciara Is Wearing The Silliest Shirt

So, the folks who take these street style celeb candids very VERY very very rarely snap anything but a full body shot, so it always cracks me up when we get a detail pic from a paparazzi; it's basically them saying, "OMG WHAT IS HAPPENING?" And, indeed, do not worry about the rest of Ciara's outfit. She is wearing jeans! Normal jeans! I don't even think I registered the shoes! And who registers ANYTHING but this very silly shirt in which a napkin and your necklace decide that lunch is boring and wrestling would be more diverting. (I know it's actually a deconstructed collar and not a napkin, but it's GIVING napkin because you don't put your collar on your shoulder HAVEN'T WE ALL BEEN THROUGH ENOUGH LET'S LEAVE COLLARS ALONE.) On top of everything else, this looks annoying to wear and you *know* it distracted everyone she spoke to all day, which was probably annoying for *her.*
