On the pro list, this IS a dress that would be perfect if you found yourself in a situation where you had to storm dramatically into or out of a room -- it seems like it would swirl around you with great elan.

And yes, apparently there was more than one Country Music Awards Show this week -- I sincerely think the United States boasts more country music awards shows than I do teeth. This is...aggressively fine? Although it might make her look short. I say that with the knowledge that Lucy Hale IS short, so perhaps this is just a case of not fighting genetics. At least we can all rest secure in the knowledge that she resisted the urge to go Full Pandering to the Country Music Scene and didn't wear cowboy boots with it. (Maybe she should have?)
