(Photo by John Shearer/Getty Images for CMA) I mean... it's a lacy boned thing with some satin. If that's your jam, then definitely call D&G, but there are so many BETTER jams out there. Artisanal jams! Exotic jams! Nicole's is like the second draft of that one, which is stronger and better-edited. She's not usually this abs-forward, so that's intriguing, but it's a good dress on her -- very crisp. And INFINITELY better than the two they recently slung at [Olivia Rodrigo](https://www.gofugyourself.com/photos/academy-museum-2-black-frocks/the-academy-museum-of-motion-pictures-opening-gala-arrivals-los-angeles-california-usa-25-sep-2021-31?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) and [Addison Rae](https://www.gofugyourself.com/photos/lacma-art-film-gala-folks-in-basic-or-not-so-black/lacma-art-film-gala-los-angeles-california-usa-06-nov-2021-30?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io). ## Nic and Keith ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2021/11/shutterstock_editorial_12598020dv-1636603159.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Ed Rode/AP/Shutterstock (12598020dv) Nicole Kidman, left, and Keith Urban arrive at the 55th annual CMA Awards, at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tenn 55th Annual Country Music Awards - Arrivals, Nashville, United States - 10 Nov 2021 I know Keith counts as a country person, but I couldn't NOT include him in here, even if it was his night. He looks fine, he performed, it was catchy, Nicole bopped along, the end. ## Katy Perry in Vivienne Westwood ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2021/11/shutterstock_editorial_12598040d-1636603085.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Ed Rode/AP/Shutterstock (12598040d) Katy Perry arrives at the 55th annual CMA Awards, at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tenn 55th Annual Country Music Awards - Arrivals, Nashville, United States - 10 Nov 2021 This is, historically speaking, quite solid on her. She looks happy. She was there to introduce one of the American Idol contestants who's done well. It seems as though the country contenders on all these talent shows tend to be the ones that break out the most. ## Lauren Daigle in Anamika Khanna ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2021/11/shutterstock_editorial_12598038ct-1636603062.jpg) May be used worldwide until Nov 10, 2022, solely for news coverage and editorial information purposes of the CMA Awards. (When I was looking up whether she is country or not, I learned she is considered Christian rock? I had no idea "You Say" was in that genre, but it apparently was. Sidebar: I know the "Hot Christian Songs" chart uses "hot" to mean "popular," but it will never not make me laugh.) ## Hayley Orrantia in Rita Vinieris skirt, Nookie top ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2021/11/shutterstock_editorial_12598038gn-1636603073.jpg) May be used worldwide until Nov 10, 2022, solely for news coverage and editorial information purposes of the CMA Awards. LOGISTICS. The boring kind! Anyway, she looks very nice in her leather bra. I hope she was not beset with boob sweat. ## Dule Hill ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2021/11/shutterstock_editorial_12598038fd-1636604662.jpg) May be used worldwide until Nov 10, 2022, solely for news coverage and editorial information purposes of the CMA Awards. He looks great. I appreciate his plaid. ## Saycon Sengbloh ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2021/11/shutterstock_editorial_12598038fk-1636606294.jpg) May be used worldwide until Nov 10, 2022, solely for news coverage and editorial information purposes of the CMA Awards. (They presented as a pair.) She looks great. The Wonder Years is very well represented today. ## Zachary Levi ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2021/11/shutterstock_editorial_12598038ck-1636603181.jpg) May be used worldwide until Nov 10, 2022, solely for news coverage and editorial information purposes of the CMA Awards. Apparently he was still traveling and performing between episodes, and she'd go with him so they could practice? This seems like a bad idea on a show that had two Covid cases, but what do I know, and also they were both fine, so. Anyway, they were just eliminated, but it's nice that she went out to be with him anyway. (No hanky panky here; he's married and his wife just had a baby. He's in our next post.) ## Amy Grant ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2021/11/shutterstock_editorial_12598038ht-1636603122.jpg) May be used worldwide until Nov 10, 2022, solely for news coverage and editorial information purposes of the CMA Awards. I like that she went with animal print boots. ## Lionel Richie ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2021/11/shutterstock_editorial_12598018ah-1636603134.jpg) Mandatory Credit: Photo by Ed Rode/AP/Shutterstock (12598018ah) Lionel Richie arrives at the 55th annual CMA Awards, at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tenn 55th Annual Country Music Awards - Arrivals, Nashville, United States - 10 Nov 2021 "Can you JUST ONCE do a post in which you do not say, 'Hello, is it me you're looking for'?" No, Lionel, I can't. It's one of the laws of the universe. [The CMAs, As Ever, Welcomed Some Non-Country Folk to Its Big NightLike Jennifer Hudson, in... yeah.
