These two crazy kids won me over -- between how great he is on *Parenthood*, and how he got her the birthday sloth, and [how endearing her ensuing freak-out was when she showed it on *Ellen*](https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=1&ved=0CE8QtwIwAA&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fwatch%3Fv%3Dt5jw3T3Jy70&ei=Y0XQT7T1HsTC2wWZn72FDQ&usg=AFQjCNEb5cxG8VVsdj9kBOusFBx-2t7NMg&sig2=aG1nbDs8j8WA%5Fggz%5FrHssw), AND how normal she seems on Twitter, I am fully on board. I also think they both look very nice here. His sparkly suit is groovy, and she looks lovely, although I do kind of wish someone had given her hair one last firm brushing.

She and Toby seem to have made an entrance in a giant red plastic Solo cup, which makes more sense if you know that he wrote a whole ode to red plastic Solo cups, a.k.a. the vessel of most people's worst (best?) beer pong/keg party hangovers. It's a pretty funny song. So I enjoy them cruising in on my youth.

This looks pretty on her, also, and seems to have weathered the Solo cup flight handsomely. They should turn that into a ride, like the teacups. Perhaps *The Simpsons* can put it in Duff Gardens.

Ohhhh... my. The cocktail dress seems fine, but her shoulders are growing a playoff beard.

This seems... standard, as if I have seen it a thousand times, and each of those times wondered why the wearer was harnessed. Perhaps when they leave, Kristen is required to pull the red Solo cup like a beer mule.

[CMT Mostly Well Played: Kristen BellThe redundantly named CMT Music Awards -- redundant because it's Country Music Television and thus unlikely to be an awards show about awesome potholders, or neuroscience -- tapped Kristen Bell to host alongside singer Toby Keith this year. I know she started on Broadway, but still, it seems rather random; then again, I'm sure the audience at what is approximately the fifty-fourth different country music awards show in a given calendar year was relieved to have a little fresh blood. I know how they feel.
