How could I NOT start with this one? Let's do the Informative Caption thing first, just to ID everynoe: "(Back row L - R) Actors Jeff Goldblum, Karl Urban, Tessa Thompson, Rachel House, (front row L-R) Mark Ruffalo, director Taika Waititi, actors Cate Blanchett, Chris Hemsworth and Tom Hiddleston from Marvel Studios’ ‘Thor: Ragnarok." You're damn RIGHT Queen Cate is in the middle of that.

Cate Blanchett in Monse

She looks tremendous in this suit. The pants might be a little long, but honestly, that's a treacherous zone where it'd be really easy to go from too long to high-waters in one errant snip. She picked the perfect shoes to work with it. It's just REALLY good. If I could pull this off, I'd be on Net-a-Porter right now weeping over the sticker price. Also, it's Monse, so I guess hell is freezing over right now.

Lupita Nyong'o in Elie Saab

Lupita's jumpsuit is A LOT. It's like the actual non-scandalous version of the iconic scarf-as-dress J.Lo wore to the 2002 Grammys. It's ALMOST overwhelming.

But I quite liked it on her in motion

The Black Panther cast (and Mark Ruffalo)

Anatomy of a photobombed selfie.

Danai Gurira

Well. This looks like someone graffiti'd a Vivienne Westwood fabric vault.

Tessa Thompson in Marc Jacobs

Ohhh Tessa. No. BRAS ARE NOT SHIRTS.

Letitia Wright

This looks like it was a white t-shirt, until ten minutes ago, when someone pushed a button on a remote control and it Go-Go-Gadget Lace'd itself.

Chadwick Boseman

I want to find him a new clothing color palette

Forest Whitaker

And Forest, I want to sit down with and discuss proportions.

Daniel Kaluuya

Aw. I'm happy to see the Grenfell shirts are still making the rounds.

Winston Duke

Is his leather jacket maybe a size too small?

Taika Waititi

This photo really makes me laugh. As does the matching shirt and shorts ensemble.

And, one more time, Informative Caption: "(Back row L - R) Actor Andy Serkis, director Ryan Coogler, actors Forest Whitaker, Michael B. Jordan, Winston Duke, Daniel Kaluuya, (front row L - R) Danai Gurira, Lupita Nyong'o, Chadwick Boseman and Letitia Wright from Marvel Studios’ ‘Black Panther."

Chris Hemsworth

I know I'm doing this in a wonky order, but I wanted to get in all the ladies first, as they are more interesting to me. The Hems looks exactly like the Hems always looks.

The Hiddles

On the gazing front, I like to think this is how I would gaze at Mark Ruffalo if I, too, found myself next to him: respect and, dare I say it, tenderness.

"No, Cate, it's NOT Westside Rentals anymore. It's ALL Apartments dot com. You gotta trust me on this one."

I am pretty sure this is the male revue everyone in the world wants to happen for real.

"NAILED IT. See you in Vegas. Bring the body glitter gel and I'll bring the spankies."

Comic-Con: Thor and Black Panther and Cate Blanchett Hold Court (and Hands)

Ditto, Chris. DITTO.
