Anyway, my point being, it's probably sort of humbling and weird to be asked to get up early and read off a bunch of other people's names. Which is why I suspect Sophia Bush -- here looking very professional and cute -- was inner-monologuing VERY ENTHUSIASTICALLY about in fact this turned out to be THE BEST DAY EVER because she gets to drink of the fountain of Common. ## Common and Sophia Bush ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2016/12/GettyImages-629698974-1481874001.jpg) WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA - DECEMBER 14: Rapper Common (L) and actress Sophia Bush attend the SAG Awards Online Holiday Auction benefits the SAG-AFTRA Foundation at Pacific Design Center on December 14, 2016 in West Hollywood, California. (Photo by Matt Winkelmeyer/Getty Images for SAG-AFTRA Foundation) JoBeth Williams and Jason George are all, "WE could make Common laugh. IF ONLY YOU WOULD LET US." ## Common! ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2016/12/GettyImages-629662082-1481873576.jpg) WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA - DECEMBER 14: Actor/recording artist Common speaks onstage during the 23rd Annual SAG Award Nominations Announcement at Silver Screen Theater on December 14, 2016 in West Hollywood, California. 26592\_001\_0906.JPG (Photo by Mike Windle/Getty Images for Turner) And then Common assumed his Patient Sensitive Listening Face, which is what we'd see when we have a financial crisis or a strange pain in our knee or just can't decide whether *Nocturnal Animals* was good or not. He'd listen because he cares, and then he'd say exactly the right thing, and then his cheekbones would sparkle. ## Common! ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2016/12/GettyImages-629698796-1481873934.jpg) WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA - DECEMBER 14: Rapper Common speaks onstage during the SAG Awards Online Holiday Auction benefits the SAG-AFTRA Foundation at Pacific Design Center on December 14, 2016 in West Hollywood, California. (Photo by Matt Winkelmeyer/Getty Images for SAG-AFTRA Foundation) And then, at long last, Andrea Zuckerman got the guy. (Gabrielle Carteris is the SAG/AFTRA president, which is why she's there. Because of COURSE Andrea is president of the union.) ## Sophia Bush and Gabrielle Carteris ![](https://static.gofugyourself.com/uploads/2016/12/GettyImages-629684966-1481874442.jpg) WEST HOLLYWOOD, CA - DECEMBER 14: Actress Sophia Bush (L) and SAG-AFTRA president Gabrielle Carteris attend the 23rd Annual SAG Award Nominations Announcement at Silver Screen Theater on December 14, 2016 in West Hollywood, California. 26592\_001\_0738.JPG (Photo by Mike Windle/Getty Images for Turner) I just wanted to end on this really cute shot of Brooke Davis looking DELIGHTED to meet Andrea Zuckerman. I assume Sophia and Gabrielle are trading stories about Paul Johansson, who starred on BOTH their shows (as Evil John Sears, and Evil Dan Scott Whose Transplant Heart Was Eaten By A Dog), and my god I want to be a fly on that wall. [When Common Met Andrea Zuckerman (and Brooke Davis)The SAG Awards nominee announcement made for some TREMENDOUS bedfellows. \[Photos: Getty\]![](https://storage.ghost.io/c/bf/b9/bfb99790-924d-4e41-a7e6-5e3c6e04fe57/content/images/static-gofugyourself-com/uploads/2016/12/gettyimages-629684734-1481873794.jpg)](https://go-fug-yourself.ghost.io/when-common-met-andrea-zuckerman-and-brooke-davis-12-2016/)
