This is just an extremely overexcited necklace, really. I am ALMOST shocked she didn't save this for the Grammys, but maybe she's got something even wilder up her, um, sleeve, possibly also made by this line. Also, I don't know if you can tell, but she has a backwards manicure of sorts here -- the nails are painted with points that face TOWARD her hand.
