I love a coat-dress, and I love a cape, but something is awry about this, right? I think it's that the dress is designed to look double-breasted but that one column of buttons lines up dead center. It puts the whole thing aesthetically off-kilter to my brain. It's also very short on her, to be so bulky up top. Her body cannot be in two climates that are that different.
