What a beautiful lampshade! She is a brand ambassador for LV, so it's not surprising she went to them for another awards night (first was the SAGs). This is straight from the Spring 2022 runway, and as noted then, it's very pretty but also seems like a direct challenge to the concept of doorframes.

KRISTEN. You got off the Chanel Train at the wrong stop!!! Tell me again why someone would have to go to D&G for this, if the answer is not "because we got paid to"? There are SO MANY designers out there who would love this platform and who could have done this, at the very least, but also something more interesting. This as a concept is not that dissimilar to the Galvan London she wore in red, though that was a two-piece, and to other sleek stuff she's tried.

This is from 2013, so yay, more archival/vintage stuff! When does something cross over from one to the other, I wonder? Anyway, there is a light metallic sheen to the lace and to the top, so here it is. I like the top much better than the skirt, though. The lace is a wee fusty.

I'm sure it's also nice to get to SEE their older counterparts, as they don't film together. Anyway, I never love a heap of grey tulle, but she looks pretty.
