This is a super color on her that I just now realized might be periwinkle, which probably should go in purple. I HAVE FAILED AT FILING THESE OUTFITS. Whatever. Let's call it dusky blue. Regardless, it's kind of a sack. Maybe she has a two waistband limit for awards shows and she's got one booked in for the Oscars. This sounds perfectly reasonable to me, especially if there were snacks.
