Nicole Kidman in Saint Laurent

This is a total departure for her, and frankly, I love it. She looks relaxed and confident and sultry -- and, without a SAG or an Oscar nomination, also like she's relieved the Babygirl train is over, and nobody will chug a glass of milk in front of her again for a while.

You can see a BIT better in this shot that she is wearing visible shoes. I just love how much she's feeling herself in this. It's the baggy aesthetic, perfectly done.

Well, look. I was squawking about wanting her to do something different. I just didn't expect her to go in the direction of a dead flower basket that somebody left too long in the gazebo.

She styled this correctly; the red lip is the right pop of contrast, and the dress is romantic. But I miss her as a brunette. She also looked zoned out or bored anytime the camera was on her.

He always looks like he is the most stylish aviator you ever did see, and that is definitely a compliment.

I put this in brown because of the decision to pop a chocolate blazer over the red shirt and pants. I get the idea, but it looks like he was trying to hide an accident.

Whereas this is just the wine-colored shirt, and the rest of the suit is brown, which works better. Also... I mean, I THINK it's brown? There's always a chance it's just a deep burgundy that my eyes can't discern. We're going with brown. I need people to hold up signs, please.
