I assume this is Thom Browne. Is CZJ moving into her Noted Kook era? This is mildly eccentric. Like your extremely gorgeous neighbor who spends all her time glass-blowing in her garden shed.

I truly do not think anyone can pull off this particular pant length/boot height and this proves it. Imagine this with full-length flares, though. Fun!

I think this is basically pretty good BUT she needed to tug the outer dress down so you don't see the slip when she walks. (Does that indicate she should have gone up a size?)
