Christina Aguilera

Xtina was there as part of some "legends" situation where she put her hands in cement a la the Chinese Theatre, and yes, she wrote her name on the cement as "Xtina," which I thought was funny. This looks to me like she hated her wardrobe and so she just hastily hemmed a trench coat with some safety pins.

Kristen Bell

Your fifth-grade music teacher Kristen Bell is so excited for the recorder group recital tonight. You've been working really hard all semester.

Idina Menzel

And Idina is dressed as that teacher's favorite throw pillows.

Hayley Atwell in Marco de Vincenzo

I have loved her since she was Peggy Carter, and my love is pure and true. She looks so lovely.

Awkwafina in Thom Browne

There are some reasonable concepts here -- shocking for Thom Browne! -- but the crzy high-waisted skirt is so aggressive. It's throwing off all of it for me. Even without the coat, it's practically up at her armpits.

The Rock and Emily Blunt in Monique Lhuillier

They're promoting that Jungle Cruise movie they did together, based (REALLY loosely, I assume) on the ride. It's thoughtful of him to coordinate the stripes on his sweater with the flowers on her dress.

Chris Pratt and Julia Louis-Dreyfus

One of these people is SUPER lucky to be standing next to a foxy delight and comedic genius, and the other is Julia Louis-Dreyfus.

Evan Rachel Wood in Marchesa

Sexy Colonel Sanders is apparently NEVER going out of style. Also, insert my usual POINTED COUGH and eyeroll about Marchesa and how it's still tied to Harvey Weinstein. I just sort of feel like........... it's not unreasonable to ask these celebrities if that's really a battleground on which they want to stand. Is it worth it? And for THIS TOP?

Gina Rodriguez

This seems exceptionally dressy.

Gina and Tess Romero

These two are starring together in Diary of a Female President, which I guess cuts between 12-year old Tess and a recurring Gina, who is the same character but on her path to the presidency. Some described it as her presidential campaign. Do we think... I mean, Gina is 35, which is the bare minimum age. Maybe she's just running for SOMETHING and she doesn't win the presidency until she's 50. Then again, I'd root for a 35-year old in pretty much almost any circumstance if they were running against our current president, so.

Kat Dennings

I wish I looked that good in any of my navy dresses.

Robin Roberts

Is she ever NOT a delight? Wait, don't answer that, I might not want to hear it.

Anna Kendrick

We need some bracelets, my dear. And maybe a lip.

Grace VanderWaal

So, if I'm reading this correctly, she has two long skinny braids in the front and then a bob? If they're not clip-ins, those must drive her CRAZY.

Kathryn Hahn

This dress looks like evil fall foliage. But that's somehow not an insult

Ben Feldman and Aisha Tyler

I always enjoy Aisha Tyler's sense of fun. I AM curious whether they were in some kind of en pointe contest.

Emily VanCamp

She look totally fine, but I can't look at those leather pants right now without breaking out into thigh sweat.

Elizabeth Olsen in Chloe

Sometimes I think that even Elizabeth forgets she's in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Hilary Duff

She looks cute, but I kind of want to blouse that shirt. Is that wrong?

Lauren Ridloff

I love how colorful this is.

Naomi Ackie

Naomi is in The Rise of Skywalker, and her lame is delightful to me.

Kelly Marie Tran

This all feels very Junior Velma Kelly

Daisy Ridley in D&G

Ugh, D&G. This fits her well, but presumably so would a whole host of other things, and there are MANY other options out there.

Angelina Jolie in Versace

Well, it's certainly well-fitted to her.

Michelle Pfeiffer in The Row

This needs a hemming.

Keri Russell

This is underwhelming. We start out fine, but the skirt or the palazzo pants or WHATEVER it is are so boxy.

Salma Hayek

I think Salma's pants are hiding that she removed her feet unevenly.

Disney Brought Out a Lot of Boldface Names at D23

These are JUST the ladies, too.
