This is... curious. It's basically one outfit laid on top of another one, but noncommittally -- it's considering peeling itself off and leaving -- and yet the only actual beef I have is with the black tights and shoes. They are totally the wrong vibe with the self-removing navy and white skirt.

Well, she certainly accessorized the shit out of this romper. I'm not sure any of it but the necklace makes sense.

Oh God, and now she's an early '90s corporate vice president who's about to get passed over for a promotion because she's too emotional. Sometimes it's fun when a press tour has NO coherent throughline.
