Dakota here is receiving the "KVIFF President's Award during the 59th Karlovy Vary Film Festival," at a location called Spa Hotel Thermal in Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic. Sure! If someone called me and asked if I wanted to go to [Karlovy Vary](https://go.shopmy.us/p-20797064?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) \-- which apparently has *a lot* of thermal spas, hence, I suspect, the name of the hotel -- and wear a fab emerald necklace, I'd agree! The town looks super cute! I love a spa! [That hotel has mostly bad reviews](https://go.shopmy.us/p-20797217?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io) but she's probably staying at one of the town's many many many other hotels! No, no -- don't mind me, [I'm just planning a trip to take the waters now.](https://go.shopmy.us/p-20797357?ref=go-fug-yourself.ghost.io)

Her dress is also great:

Sexy, understated, chic. No one is going to get mad about this.
