I think this is slinky and great on her, and I'm also SUPER IMPRESSED at how un-wrinkled it is. She must have been transported to this red carpet on a dolly. (It was shown on the runway with a belt bag, but it looks like they're not selling it with said belt bag, and that was a smart edit.)
