Wow. The skirt and the blazer together are... ever so much. Surely they didn't BOTH need to explode into shiny fringe? The top half of this is so heavy and boxy on her, too... hard pass.

This is one of those outfits that reminds me -- in general -- why the Olsen Twins are still successful. It's ideal for an event like this, and is very well-matched to Maggie. HOWEVER: Do we think the belt was a late add because the dress itself is huge and billowy? The way it's cinched doesn't look like it was the dress's original intent, which takes a lot of the wind out of my earlier compliment.

Once again, Michelle Yeoh is the coolest person at the party.

That's largely unobjectionable, and also not particularly memorable.

Big points for the cute shoes, though they do not mitigate that the dress is a bit of a chicken-fried mess.

Raffey Cassidy

Raffey apparently plays Natalie Portman's role in the first half of Vox Lux, which I learned because I was surprised Natalie is only in the supporting actress conversation. VOILA. That is why. Also those are awkward pants... this all looks like she's in period costume as a girl who was just unmasked as having disguised herself as a boy, to get work as a groom.

Those pants are ALSO bad. Why are pants having such a hard time right now?

He looks good. Is he very petite? He always seems to be photographed with his chin in the air, as if he's looking up at the lens. It's not IMPORTANT; I was just curious.
